Saturday Pennant lost to Wentworth on November 24th but have another opportunity to proceed in the Finals. Still in second place on the ladder and playing Wentworth again in the Semi Finals at Workers next Saturday 1st December.

As quite a few are attending the Best and Fairest Dinner in Mildura on the Friday night prior, cars will be worked out later in the week for those remaining who need transport Saturday morning.
Six ladies played Social Bowls at home with Marie Cummings, Nita Wandel and Raelene Winslow having a win against Bernadette Stone, Jen Stone and Jennifer Wakefield.
Jen Stone, Jennifer Wakefield and Wendy Stone played in the Mildura Star Day November 21st and came Runners/Up. Well done ladies.
School Concert
The school concert is being held on Friday 14th of December, doors opening at 6.30pm for a 7pm start. Come and watch the primary school children perform, buy a ticket in the Christmas Hamper Raffle and enjoy a visit from Santa. Any 'special instructions' for Santa can be left at Corbett Rural Supplies by Monday the 10th of December ($20 limit). ‘Special instructions’ cannot be accepted on the night sorry.

Anzac Day Poppy Project
The Underbool Progress Group are knitting/ crocheting poppies for the ANZAC Memorial Wall, we are looking for help to contribute from the community. The pattern can be obtained from Raelene Winslow (Maggie).
60th Anniversary
The 60th Anniversary of 'Our Lady of Fatima,' Underbool, will be celebrated on Sunday the 16th of December with a morning tea after the 9:00 am Mass.
Community Farewell
A community farewell will be held for Chicken, Jane and Family on Dec 31st at the Underbool Rec Ground from 5pm. All welcome. Please bring a plate to share.
