Pink Lakes Pantry – Volunteers Needed
As term 3 is almost over, we’d like to thank Jo Goodman and Fiona Scott for delivering the bakery goods, three times a week during the school term, to the shop.
We need volunteers to bring the bakery order out from Ouyen during the holidays, and have it back in Underbool by approx. 10am on –

Underbool Bowls News
We will have a roll Thursdays from about 5pm onwards. Everyone most welcome, even if you wish to just have a chat or drink.
Our Bowls opening day (Trophies donated by Robert & Merle Pole and Raelene Winslow), will be Saturday the 4th Oct. Names in by 1.00pm for a 1.30pm start a BBQ tea will follow, everyone most welcome.
FYI the first game of Saturday pennant is Sat. the 11th Oct. Both 3rd & 4th Division play at home.

Pink Lakes Pantry Footy Tipping 2025 Windup Evening
A Huge thank you to everyone who attended our windup evening at the Bowls Club on Friday night and to those who sent apologies. We had a great night and everyone seemed to enjoy the nibbles, drinks and the catchup. A big Thank you to Paul Lockett for all of his help during the season and a big thank you to the Bowls Club for allowing us to have our windup there on Friday night and for having the bar supplied!! A Huge Thank You to Lindsay Allen who has not only made and donated the “Wooden Spoon” but also a Perpetual Shied that will have the names added and displayed in the Pink Lakes Pantry for all to see. Thank you, Lindsay. Now to the Winners and Place Getters.
In 1st Place on 154 Points was Helen Gloster – Prize money $400. Helen was the leader since Rd 6!!! Amazing effort.
In 2nd Place on 151 Points was Elaine Lockett – Prize money $200. – Elaine has been texting her tips weekly from Pattinson House and recently from hospital. What an amazing effort and well deserved Elaine.
In equal 3rd Place on 150 Points were Dallas Willsmore and Stef Yetman – Prize money $100 each. Well done to you both.
Our Wooden Spooner was Henry Nathan on 111 Points. Unfortunately, Henry didn’t make it to the Pantry every week to put on his tips, so he received the lowest scores for those rounds. Better luck next year Henry.
