Underbool Primary School

The Underbool Primary School is participating in the Wonder Recycling Rewards for Schools program.  We are collecting empty bread and wrap bags.  The school will receive sporting equipment in return for the empty bags.  We will be collecting empty bags until the 7th July.   There are boxes located at the school and Pink Lakes Pantry.

Pink Lakes Pantry

As the community will be well aware, our beloved Golf Club closed earlier this year.  As part of this process a generous donation was given to the Pink Lakes Pantry to be used within our wonderful community.  As many of those in the community who shop at the PLP will be aware, we have a fantastic Library/Book Swap area which was in desperate need of more shelves!!  We have used part of the Golf Club donation to purchase 2 more book cases and this has enabled us to display the fabulous variety of donated books much better.  Once again thank you to the Golf Club and thank you to the generous donors of books. We have filled the new shelves and have run out of room at the moment.  If you are donating or swapping books, we would prefer current releases as space on the shelves is a priority.  Any older books would be greatly appreciated by St Vinnies.
