Do I have hay fever or are these COVID 19 symptoms?
There are a couple of good indicators, which can help you answer this question. The graphic on the next page, produced by the Federal Department of Health can help you understand the difference between hay fever and COVID 19 symptoms. If you have allergies, including hay fever, you are unlikely have a fever or aches and pains.
Of course, if you are unsure about any symptoms you are experiencing the safest thing to do is call your GP or health provider.
Also, now is a good time to see your health provider and update your Asthma management plan and discussing with them the difference between your asthma symptoms compared to COVID 19 symptoms. The guidelines for managing Asthma have recently changed so you can also get an update on that.
COVID 19 Living Well
