A follow up working bee to complete the tidy up of the gardens around the hall will be held on Thursday 31st October @ 9am
This will be the last chance to get a few jobs done before the busy season of harvest and Christmas, so any help from members of the community would be greatly appreciated.
Please bring along gardening tools eg: spade, rake, secateurs.
All those attending are invited to stay for a cuppa after the working bee.

Squad Training / Swimming Lessons Underbool
Maureen and Joy will again be running squad training and swimming lessons this coming season these will be on Monday and Tuesday. Squad will be commencing the first week of November and junior lesson late November, at this stage.

Underbool Bowls Club Triples Star Day

Jennifer Wakefield, Jen stone and Nita Wandel enjoyed their day at the Ouyen Star Day last Tuesday 22nd October.
Saturday Pennant 26th October playing at home to Irymple 2, Underbool team had an overall loss 58/64. The team will be looking for a win this Saturday against Irymple 3. Once again, a home game and there will be a BBQ tea to follow.
Midweek Pennant played Euston on Monday 28th October. Colleen Gloster’s side won by 3, but Marie Cummings side went down by 5. Overall result Underbool 42, Euston 44.
Best wishes to Bernadette Stone who has the misfortune of a foot injury and not able to bowl for a few weeks.

Post Office will be closing at 12 noon on Friday 1st November. Also, I will be getting some keys cut for post boxes, as new locks do not fit these boxes. If you require a key or misplaced one and would like to replace it, please let me know before Friday – Cost is about $15.
