District Nursing arrangements for Underbool and Murrayville
Thanks to Andrea and Lesley for covering these communities whilst Joy was on some well deserved leave. Joy will be covering Underbool and Murrayville communities.
She plans to be in:
- Underbool on Mondays and Thursdays
- Murrayville Tuesday Wednesday and Fridays
With some flexibility with these days given needs of clients.

Central Mallee Co-operative Parish Underbool Anglican/Uniting Congregation
With the departure of Rev Andrew Gall from the Parish we wish to advise that Father Gary Fordham will be taking Worship Services across the Parish for 2 Sundays a month for the next 3 months, plus pastoral visitation if necessary and funerals.
The usual third Sunday Worship Services will be taken by the local Worship Team and Congregation at 10.30am.

PINK LAKES PANTRY UPDATE
The Shop Committee thanks members of the community for their ongoing support as customers and volunteers, and also for the generous financial contributions. At this stage, the Pantry is operating well in its present state, but in order to plan for the future, the Shop Committee would be interested in hearing from you. This is an opportunity for you to give constructive feedback.
Here are a few suggestions, but feel free to share your own ideas.
- If you are a volunteer, you may have an idea that would make your job easier.
- Would you continue to volunteer if your duties were to increase –e.g. coffee making and food preparation?
- As a customer, you might like to see additional products in stock.
- Are there any grants or funding opportunities we could explore for future development?
- Would you be willing to serve on a sub- committee to organise an event to raise funds for the Pink Lakes Pantry?
- What sort of fundraising event would you like to see in Underbool and when?

Ouyen United Kangas Netball
Our annual netball meeting will be held on
Friday 11th August, 6:30pm at the Blackburn Park Ouyen Clubrooms.
2018 netball committee elections and general meeting will be conducted.
NOTE: The President and Secretarial roles in the netball committee are up for grabs!

Underbool Swimming Pool
AGM will be held on Wednesday August 16th, 7pm at the Underbool CFA meeting room.
Election of pool committee for season 2017-18 will be held, with a general meeting to follow.
The pool is a great asset to our town and is well supported throughout the season by our local community and visitors alike. The future of our pool relies on the volunteers who take on roles within the committee of management, and work with MRCC to ensure its success and viability. This can only be achieved with the continued support of our patrons.
Please consider becoming part of the committee this season, and show your support by attending this meeting!
