Underbool Sports Aux. have been actively supporting the Recreation Reserve & Kangas FNC recently purchasing a new double door fridge, large screen TV and contributing to the new office and electrical work. Football training is in Underbool this Thursday and we are supplying the meal. It would be great to see everyone over there having a meal and supporting us.

Community News - The Automatic External Defibrillator at MTHCS in Monash Avenue Underbool has recently been checked by Natasha Anderson. Unfortunately the battery doesn’t have an expiry date recorded on the machine so Natasha doesn’t have the date when the battery was last changed. Therefore the only way to know when the battery needs to be replaced is when the machine starts beeping. If any member of the public notices the machine beeping when the Centre is not open please contact Natasha (0429 841373) who will order a replacement battery, or contact a member of the Progress Group.

Mobile Cool Room for Sale by Tender

Underbool Progress Group Inc has decided to sell the Mobile Cool Room due to rising costs (insurance and maintenance), and lack of use. This Cool Room was purchased in 1989 for Community events such as “Back To’ celebrations and private functions including parties and weddings. It is registered until March 2019, and is in working order. Tyres were due to be replaced in 2014, but this was not done as it has only been hired a few times since then.
